General
Wealthhub PLC is an FCA-authorized discretionary investment management firm based in London. We provide professional portfolio management across four asset categories: exchange-traded funds (ETFs), real estate, renewable energy, and foreign exchange (forex). Our investment committee comprises former Goldman Sachs professionals with over 10 years of institutional portfolio management experience.
Discretionary management means Wealthhub has full authority to make investment decisions on your behalf without requiring prior approval for each trade. You select your risk profile (Conservative, Balanced, or Growth-Oriented), and our portfolio managers allocate your capital across ETFs, real estate, renewable energy, and forex accordingly. We handle all investment decisions, monthly rebalancing, and risk management professionally.
The minimum investment to open a Wealthhub managed portfolio account is £1,000. This allows for proper diversification across our four asset categories while maintaining cost-effective portfolio management. There is no maximum investment limit.
Yes, Wealthhub PLC is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our FCA reference number is available on the FCA Register at register.fca.org.uk. We comply with all FCA conduct of business rules, maintain segregated client asset accounts, and operate under comprehensive regulatory oversight to protect investor interests.
Your assets are held in segregated custody accounts at FCA-regulated custodians, separate from Wealthhub's own assets. If Wealthhub or our custodian were to fail, you are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to £85,000 per person. However, FSCS does not protect against investment losses due to market performance.
Getting Started
Opening an account takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Click "Open an Account" on our website, complete the online application providing your personal and financial information, upload proof of identity (passport or driving licence) and proof of address (dated within last 3 months), complete our risk assessment questionnaire to determine your risk profile, electronically sign the Investment Management Agreement, and fund your account with a minimum of £1,000 via UK bank transfer.
You need: (1) Government-issued photo ID (UK passport, driving licence, or national identity card), (2) Proof of address dated within last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or council tax bill), (3) National Insurance number or UK tax identification, (4) UK bank account details for deposits and withdrawals. For enhanced due diligence cases, we may request additional documentation such as source of funds evidence.
Account approval typically takes 24-72 hours after we receive all required documentation. We conduct identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, sanctions screening, and suitability assessments as required by FCA regulations. You will receive email notification once your account is approved and ready for funding.
Yes, Wealthhub offers Stocks and Shares ISAs and Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) in addition to standard investment accounts. ISAs provide tax-free growth up to the annual subscription limit (£20,000 for 2024/25). SIPPs offer pension tax relief and tax-free growth but have access restrictions until age 55 (rising to 57 from 2028). Additional eligibility criteria and HMRC rules apply to both account types.
Fund your account via UK bank transfer (Faster Payments or BACS) for free processing, typically credited same day or within 2 hours. CHAPS transfers are also accepted for same-day processing but may incur bank fees. All deposits must come from a UK bank account in your name to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. International transfers are not accepted for initial funding but may be permitted for existing clients after enhanced due diligence.
Portfolio & Investments
Your Wealthhub portfolio includes four asset categories: (1) Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) providing diversified equity and fixed-income exposure (25-45% allocation), (2) Real Estate through REITs and property equity positions for income and inflation protection (15-35%), (3) Renewable Energy including solar, wind, and clean technology for growth exposure (10-30%), and (4) Foreign Exchange (Forex) positions in major G10 currency pairs for diversification (10-20%). Specific allocation depends on your risk profile.
Portfolio allocation is based on your risk profile determined during account opening. Conservative profiles emphasize stable income through higher ETF and real estate allocation with lower forex exposure. Balanced profiles provide equal weighting across all four categories. Growth-Oriented profiles maximize capital appreciation through higher renewable energy and forex allocation. Your allocation is subject to monthly rebalancing to maintain target ranges.
Your portfolio is systematically rebalanced on a monthly basis to maintain optimal allocation across ETFs, real estate, renewable energy, and forex. Monthly rebalancing enforces disciplined buy-low, sell-high execution by selling positions that have grown beyond target allocation and adding to positions that have declined. In addition to scheduled rebalancing, our portfolio managers may make tactical adjustments based on material market conditions or risk management requirements.
Yes, you can monitor your portfolio 24/7 through your secure online account dashboard. View real-time portfolio valuation, allocation across all four asset categories, individual position details, historical performance charts, transaction history including deposits, withdrawals, and rebalancing trades, and monthly performance statements. You'll also receive automated monthly statements via email with comprehensive performance reporting and fee disclosure.
Investment returns vary based on market conditions and your risk profile. Wealthhub does not guarantee returns or promise specific performance levels. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invested. Our diversified four-asset approach targets risk-adjusted returns superior to traditional balanced portfolios, but actual results depend on market performance, timing, and numerous other factors beyond our control.
Yes, you may change your risk profile (Conservative, Balanced, or Growth-Oriented) at any time by contacting our portfolio management team. Changes require updated suitability assessment to ensure the new risk profile remains appropriate for your financial situation. Once approved, your portfolio will be reallocated during the next monthly rebalancing cycle to match your new target allocation across ETFs, real estate, renewable energy, and forex.
Fees & Withdrawals
Wealthhub charges a transparent fee structure: (1) Annual management fee of 0.15% (15 basis points) charged monthly on average daily balance, covering portfolio management, rebalancing, custody, reporting, and platform access, and (2) Performance fee of 15% applied only to realized profits above the previous high-water mark, ensuring we never charge twice on the same gain. There are no hidden fees, trading commissions, withdrawal fees, or account closure penalties. All fees are subject to UK VAT at 20%.
Management fees are calculated monthly based on your average daily portfolio balance. The 0.15% annual fee equals approximately 0.0125% per month. For example, a £50,000 account pays approximately £6.25 per month (£50,000 × 0.15% ÷ 12 months) plus VAT. Fees are automatically deducted from your account at the end of each month and clearly disclosed in your monthly statement. Pro-rata fees apply for partial months based on days your account was active.
Performance fees of 15% apply only to realized profits above your account's previous highest value (high-water mark). This means we only charge performance fees on net new gains, never on the same profit twice. For example, if your account grows from £10,000 to £11,500 (£1,500 gain), the performance fee would be £225 (15% × £1,500). The new high-water mark becomes £11,500. Performance fees are calculated monthly when profits are realized and clearly disclosed in your statement.
To withdraw funds, log in to your account, navigate to "Withdrawals," enter the amount you wish to withdraw, confirm your registered UK bank account details, and submit your request. Partial withdrawals must maintain the £1,000 minimum balance. Funds are typically transferred within 3-5 business days to your registered bank account. Withdrawals can only be made to the bank account you used for deposits to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. There are no withdrawal fees or penalties.
There are no lock-in periods or withdrawal penalties. You may withdraw funds at any time subject only to: (1) Maintaining £1,000 minimum balance for active accounts (full closure permitted below this), (2) Trade settlement periods (typically T+2 for most securities), (3) Same-account withdrawal requirement (anti-money laundering compliance). ISA withdrawals do not restore annual allowance in the same tax year. SIPP withdrawals before age 55 (rising to 57 from 2028) may trigger significant tax penalties and are generally prohibited except in serious ill-health cases.
To close your account, contact our support team at support@stenori.com or through your account dashboard. We will liquidate all positions in an orderly manner to achieve best execution, allow trades to settle (typically 2-5 business days), deduct any outstanding management and performance fees, and transfer the remaining balance to your registered UK bank account within 5-10 business days. There are no account closure fees or penalties. You may re-open an account in the future subject to standard onboarding procedures.
